All our buildings meet the currently applicable highest energy standards ("KfW 40 +").
Our companies stand for the most environmentally friendly construction possible. We feel connected to the current efforts of the Federal Ministry of the Interior for construction of Germany and are therefore intrinsically committed to the standards and so reaffirm the efforts towards sustainable construction. Our goal is to make our contribution to future-oriented construction and to limit emissions with comprehensive measures right from the planning stage.
Energy-efficient construction is not only sustainable and therefore good for our environment, but also sustainable and cost-effective. An energy-efficient building saves electricity and heating costs. Therefore, our buildings are more energy efficient with heating technology that relies on regenerative energies. For example, our buildings have a highly efficient heat pump. Ecology and economy complement each other. Our buildings are completed with an optimal thermal insulation. And with good reason, because at least since the energy transition, climate protection has been one of the most important social goals - for both companies and private individuals.
Healthy living is becoming increasingly important and is now the top priority when planning a new building or renovating an old building. Harmful substances that pollute the room climate - whether of biological, chemical or physical origin - are the cause of many diseases and can be consciously avoided. An environmentally friendly and pollutant-minimized implementation of our projects is important to us. When selecting our trades, we attach great importance to social and fair treatment. We only work together with trades that are known to us regionally and involve them from the beginning of the planning to the completion of our buildings. The focus is also on having fair trades in the group. Our trades do guarantee us the best quality. We have committed ourselves to selecting our trades, our employees and our negotiating partners based on clear parameters. The first priority is compliance with general legal requirements.
