Property Development

The property development business is part of our activities as soon as we sell a residential unit of our newly built building complexes. We first acquire a piece of land, create the planning with detailed construction and service descriptions for the buyer and carry out the construction. Individual residential units are usually sold towards the end of the construction phase. The buyer therefore assumes no risk until the actual completion of the construction. 

The buyer benefits from our quality standards: We reinvest directly in the building complexes that have been created and do not just act as a classic property developer with the intention of selling. Client and developer are thus connected in one.
