We will review your offer and assess the value of your property. If we are interested, we will send you an initial purchase price offer.
We will inspect the property, review all relevant documents, and adjust our offer accordingly. We will then agree on a period of exclusivity until the final contract is signed.
We will prepare the first draft of the purchase agreement and review it with you. If everything is in order, the purchase agreement will be notarized.
Once the agreed purchase price has been paid, the property will be handed over. We will remain available to assist you at any time thereafter.
