Purchase process:

Preliminary check and purchase price indication

As soon as we have received your offer, we will check whether your property fits into our portfolio. The more detailed the information about the property is, the more efficiently we can assess it. Of course we treat your data strictly confidential!
You will receive feedback from us within the same week. If we are interested, we will immediately make you an initial purchase price offer.

On-site visit, test and offer

If you agree with our first offer, we will arrange a viewing of the property with you in the next step. Furthermore, we subject the legally and contractually relevant documents to the property to a thorough examination. Taking into account the results and the impressions on site, we revise our purchase offer and present it to you again. With this offer, we express our intention to buy and agree on a time exclusivity for final checks until the final signing of the purchase contract at the notary.

Final examination and technical inspection

The final examination requires the inspection of all existing documents for this property as well as the technical inspection of the property by a building expert together with the evaluation of the data collected. This takes about two to three weeks. In the meantime, in close consultation with you, we will arrange for the draft of the purchase contract to be made via a nota

 

Certification of the purchase contract and handover

If the result of the check is positive, the legal conclusion of the purchase transaction takes place. After signing the purchase contract and the notarial certification, both parties fulfill their contractual obligations: We pay the agreed purchase price into your account - only after receipt of the money are you obliged to hand over the property. We coordinate all necessary steps with you and are available to you at any time as a contact person even after the transaction has been completed.
